The investigation into a fatal fire on Saturday continues.
Chatham-Kent police, the Ontario Fire Marshall’s Office and the office of the coroner are all involved.
What we do know is that emergency crews responded to a fire at an apartment building on Merritt Avenue in Chatham Saturday afternoon where the body of was found.
All agencies involved are working to determine the identity of the deceased and origin and cause of the fire.
