Serious crash
Around 5 p.m. yesterday, emergency crews responded to a collision involving a motorcycle at the intersection of Keil Drive at Grand Avenue in Chatham.
The driver of the car, a 17-year-old Chatham teen, was not injured.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 33-year-old Chatham man was transported to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Total damage was estimated at $25,000.
The collision remains under investigation.

Yesterday morning, shortly after 8 a.m., a Chatham-Kent police officer on general patrol located a man riding a bicycle on Gray Street in Chatham, who was wanted for breaching his Probation Order and failing to attend court.
Upon being searched incident to arrest, the man was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine, clear baggies and cash.
Isaiah Hawryshok, 20, of Chatham, was charged with possession for the purposes of trafficking.
Domestic charges
Yesterday afternoon, police received information that a man, who was currently on conditions not to contact his ex-girlfriend, had called her.
Officers located the man and he was arrested.
A 25-year-old Chatham man has been charged with uttering threats and two counts of failing to comply with his release conditions
Curfew and drug charges
Around 1:30 a.m. this morning, police responded to the report of an unwanted man in the downtown Chatham area.
Officers located the man and through investigation, learned that he was currently bound by a daily curfew.
Upon being searched incident to arrest, the man was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
A 38-year-old man of no fixed address has been charged with failing to comply with his release conditions and drug possession.
Theft of construction tools
Sometime over the weekend, someone got into a locked compound on Riverview Drive and stole various construction tools from locked trailers.
Total value of the theft has been estimated at $2,200.
