Police are still trying to piece together exactly what happened Friday morning in a three-vehicle crash that sent five people to hospital.
The accident took place on Longwoods Road east of Chatham about 8 a.m. Friday. Five of the six people in the vehicles had to be taken to hospital for medical attention. Three of them were transferred by air ambulance to London with life-threatening injuries.
