One man faces murder charges after someone apparently tried to use their vehicle to kill another.
Chatham-Kent police got the call shortly after 4 a.m. Saturday that someone failed to remain at the scene of a collision on Harvey Street in Chatham.
Officers investigated and learned the driver and the victim were known to each other. Soon, the officers believed this was an intentional act.
Police arrested the driver and charged him with attempted murder.
