A contest is underway that invites residents to share their summer adventures to showcase the many great things to do in Chatham-Kent.
CKRecreation and the Municipality of Chatham-Kent want residents to share photos of their local experiences in the Stay-N-PlayCK Instagram contest using the hashtag #staynplayck.
“We have some of the most fantastic destinations, events, and festivals right here in Chatham-Kent,” says Chatham-Kent Mayor Darrin Canniff in a media release. “We want to see all the great things to do here in Chatham-Kent, whether it’s enjoying time on the trails, at the pool, the park, or just anywhere in between.”
Each week from now until Sept. 7, one photo will be chosen at random to win a prize. Prizes include free summer camps, tickets to a show at the Chatham Capitol Theatre, a movie theatre package, and many more.
Whether you’re enjoying a local event or festival, a movie in the park, or strolling through local shops, share your photos on Instagram and tag #staynplayck to be entered into the contest. In addition, your photos could be featured on the @staynplayck Instagram account.
