A Chatham-Kent police officer had another late-night run in with an unruly gentleman on a bicycle.
Police say early this morning, an officer on patrol saw a man riding his bicycle on Raleigh Street in Chatham without a light. The officer stopped the man for this offence and he failed to identify himself.
Police say as the officer placed him under arrest, the man resisted. Following a short struggle, the man was taken into custody.
A 36-year-old Leamington man faces charges of resisting arrest.
