ATV crash leads to impaired charges

A Tupperville man is facing impaired driving charges following an ATV accident Sunday evening.

Chatham-Kent police say an ATV hit a tree on Glasgow Line in Tupperville and the male operator of the ATV was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police investigated and believe the man was impaired.

A 57-year-old Tupperville man faces charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle, and operation while impaired blood-alcohol concentration 80-plus.
