Flailing around on a main street will get you some attention. For one man, it may have been more than he bargained for.
Chatham-Kent police say officers responded to a complaint of a suspicious man impeding traffic on St. Clair Street Wednesday in Chatham.
The officers also found him to be in possession of stolen bank cards and identification.
A 36-year-old man of no fixed address is charged with causing a disturbance, theft, possession of stolen property and two counts of failing to comply.
