It appears they just don’t listen.
One man was to not communicate with a certain woman, or go to her residence. Fail and fail.
Another opted to not show up for his court date. Fail.
A third was to stay in his residence at all times except for medical emergencies. Fail.
In the case of the first man, who was released in April, police say the man went to the woman’s home on Saturday night. He fled before police got there.
But yesterday morning, a 57-year-old man turned himself into police. He faces two counts of failing to comply.
Yesterday afternoon, officers tracked down a man who failed to attend court Oct. 24 following an Oct. 2 arrest for being in possession of a stolen vehicle.
Despite having just skipped court, he was again released with a future court date.
This past August, a man was released with conditions to stay in his home unless he had a medical emergency. But police say an officer spotted the man riding his bike Oct. 9. He eluded police then, but they tracked him down last night and made the arrest.
A 22-year-old man of no fixed address is charged with failing to comply.
