For the third time in two days, Chatham-Kent police had to use a Taser on a suspect.

This time it involved an alleged trespass in Wallaceburg.

Police say a man attended a residence in Wallaceburg last night. The homeowner asked the guy to leave and he refused, so the homeowner called police.

Officers arrived and told the man to leave. Police say he refused, and was placed under arrest, at which point a struggle ensued and officers used a Taser.

A 38-year-old Wallaceburg man is charged with failing to leave premises when directed, and assault with intent to resist arrest.

On Wednesday evening, officers used a Taser on a man police say resisted arrest in Chatham. They did the same to another suspect in Wallaceburg early Thursday morning.
