Sir: I would like to thank the police officer who made me laugh so hard I had tears running down my cheeks.
On Wednesday May 9, I was sitting in my car on Grand Avenue waiting to turn into the Thames Lea Plaza. Beside me was a police officer.
I had my little dog with me so I rolled down the window. As I expected, she immediately began barking at the officer.
Much to my surprise and pleasure, the officer rolled down his window and began barking at my dog. They continued barking at each other until the light changed.
When I went into Pet Valu and Giant Tiger, I told all the workers and anyone who was listening. Not only did I have my laugh for the year but everyone in both stores thoroughly enjoyed this and we all laughed together.
