A Moravian First Nation man faces a slew of charges after a late-April raid on two residences on Delaware Nation – Moravian on the Thames.
Chatham-Kent OPP report on April 27 that Moraviantown First Nation Police and OPP officers raided the homes and arrested one man after investigators recovered thousands of dollars in property, firearms and approximately 14 pounds of illicit drugs.
A 46-year-old man faces nine counts of possession of property obtained by crime, two counts of breach of firearms regulation, seven counts of possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order, two counts of possession of a weapon, five counts of drug possession, and two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
