Don’t park on urban streets in Chatham-Kent overnight and into tomorrow.
That’s the request from the municipality. Officials haven’t put a parking ban in effect at this time, but it’s something they may have to opt for if snowfall is heavier than expected tonight.
We could get between 10 and 20 centimetres of snow from now until tomorrow morning.
Municipal Public Works officials ask for residents to not park on urban streets to make it easier for plows to clear the snow.
