Chatham-Kent police ask the public to help them identify this bike walker.
According to police, a man entered an apartment complex on Elm Street in Chatham on Jan. 21 at about 5:20 a.m., and proceeded to push his bike around as he wandered the hallways before removing several items from the common area of the apartment complex prior to leaving.
