Highway 40 is closed south of Wallaceburg this morning following a three-vehicle accident.
Chatham-Kent OPP say one party had to be taken to hospital with minor injuries as a result of the crash near Border Road.
Police estimate the road will be closed for about an hour to allow for clean up.
