Some people just don’t listen.

It seems that’s the case for a 21-year-old Chatham-Kent man. In October of last year, he was advised to not attend a specific apartment complex in Wallaceburg.

On seven different occasions, from November of 2016 to this past June, police say the man went to the apartment complex, violating his trespass notice.

He allegedly was at it again Sunday night. Police say an officer stopped at the complex just after 8 p.m. and was told the man was on the property yet again.

The officer tracked the man down at the back of the property. Police say he had jumped from a second-storey balcony in an attempt to get away from the cop.

The 21-year-old man is charged with enter premise when entry was prohibited.
