An early morning house fire in Wallaceburg, which caused $100,000 to a Murray Street residence, is under investigation.
Firefighters from Wallaceburg, Chatham and Tupperville attended the fire that was noticed by a passerby just before 3:30 a.m.
When firefighters arrived, there was a significant working fire with extension into the attic in one of two residential buildings located on the property. Occupants of the residence had exited the building and there were no injuries.
