Five people were sent to hospital after a two-vehicle collision in Erieau Sunday.
Shortly before 6:00 p.m., emergency crews responded to a two vehicle collision on Erieau Road and Erie Shore Drive.
After investigation, Chatham-Kent police said that five people were injured in the collision with one person being ejected from one of the vehicles.
The injured were transported to Chatham-Kent Health Alliance with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the GMC vehicle was charged under the highway traffic act for Attempt to pass-roadway not clear, Novice Driver BAC above 0 and was issued a three day license suspension.
