Recent repairs to the Keil Drive Parry Bridge in Chatham means the span can take more weight.
The municipality has upped the load posting for the bridge to 18/28/36 metric tonnes.
The bridge rehab will continue this year. There will be temporary closures of the bridge at later dates.
