On October 14, 2015 police attended St. Clair Estates in Chatham with regards to a domestic mischief complaint. Through investigation police formed the grounds for 2 counts of domestic related mischief under $5000 for the Accused. Attempts were made to locate the man but were unsuccessful, and warrant was being sought for his arrest.
On October 16th, 2015 around 4 am the victim contacted police and advised that the above accused was at her residence and causing further mischief to her property. Police and the canine unit attended the area.
Shortly after 5:30 a.m. this morning, officers arrested the man in the area of the St. Clair Estates. The 32-year-old Chatham man is being charged with 3 counts of domestic mischief under $5,000 and is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
