Chatham-Kent police seek the public’s help identifying a suspected fraudster.
Police say on May 17, about 5 a.m., a man used the Scotiabank ATM on Queen Street in Chatham, completing a pair of fraudulent transactions.
He was last seen wearing a ball cap, dark hoodie, dark pants and white shoes.
