Someone in East Kent apparently has a hate on for a particular light.
Police say sometime Thursday night, someone damaged a dusk-to-dawn parking lot light at the Crazy Eight Barn on Talbot Trail in Palmyra.
The owners repaired the light, only to discover it was broken again the next night.
