Thieves were busy over the weekend in Chatham.

Someone broke into the Hearing Care Clinic on Queen Street by breaking a window.

The culprits made off with a silver iMac laptop valued at approximately $2,000.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Const. Doug Cowell at dougc@chatham-kent.ca or 519-436-6600, ext. 83666, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Thieves also made off with a pair of bikes from an unlocked garage on Grand Avenue East in Chatham sometime late Sunday or early Monday.

Pink and purple must have been the culprits’ favourite colours, as one bike was a pink and purple ladies mountain bike with a basket on the front, and the other was a black mountain bike.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to contact Const. Rob Herder at robh@chatham-kent.ca or 519-436-6600, ext. 8676, or the aforementioned Crime Stoppers number.
