Chatham-Kent OPP report officers conducted traffic slowdowns on the highway Sunday during the inclement weather. During one such slowdown, police say one officer saw a Buick pass him doing more than 100 km/h.
Ryan Turgeon, 29, from Windsor is charged with careless driving in connection with the incident.
