Police arrested a man for … wait for it … breaching his release conditions in Chatham Sunday.
To his credit, he appeared to buck the Chatham-Kent trend. Police say he lasted more than six months adhering to an order not to go within 100 metres of an Orchard Heights residence.
That was part of his June 30 release conditions and probation order. Police say the man violated the order Sunday morning and was arrested a short time later.
A 29-year-old Chatham man is charged with failing to comply, and uttering threats.
