A Wallaceburg man had to go to hospital on the weekend after another man broke a beer bottle over his head.
Police say two acquaintances got into it about 11:30 p.m. at the Canadian Belgium Dutch Club on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg, when one man bonked the other on the head with a beer bottle.
No word on if the bottle was full or not.
A 19-year-old Wallaceburg man went to hospital for treatment, while police arrested a 22-year-old Sombra man last night and charged him with assault with a weapon in connection with the incident.
