A London man just couldn’t stay away, and he earned a set of steel bracelets for his persistence.
Police say a man was released from custody Dec. 29 with several conditions, one of which was to stay out of our municipality, except for scheduled meetings with legal counsel or court appearances.
Well, about 3:30 p.m. Monday, an officer spotted the man strolling along Wellington Street East in Chatham.
A 31-year-old London man is charged with failing to comply.
