Chances are a London man isn’t too happy after a Chatham-Kent OPP officer on the east end of the patrol area wound up pulling him over.
Police say the officer pulled an Acura over on Highway 401 near Furnival Road in Elgin County only to learn the driver had an outstanding warrant from another police service.
Charles Wheeler, 48, of London, was arrested on the warrant, but also is charged with failing to surrender his licence, failing to notify of a change of address, fail to provide identification, fail to surrender a permit for a motor vehicle, and fail to surrender an insurance card.
