Chatham-Kent police arrested a man Saturday after someone was following two 13-year-old girls.
According to police, a 37-year-old man bound by probation orders to not communicate in any way with girls under the age of 16, spoke to the girls and followed them in the Dufferin Avenue, Forhan Street areas of Wallaceburg.
The girls spoke to a local citizen and police were called.
Robert Whaley is charged in connection with this incident.
