All three people involved in yesterday’s single-vehicle crash on Highway 401 near Kent Bridge Road are in critical condition, according to the OPP.
The accident took place shortly before 8 a.m., when their westbound minivan for some reason left the road, drove into the centre median and then wound up back in the westbound lanes on its side.
One of the passengers, Israfil Kilic, 33, of Windsor, was ejected and was quickly airlifted to London yesterday.
Police say the other two men, driver Ismail Durmus, 37, and Hanifi Ozdemir, 32, both of North York, were later transferred to London.
The OPP is continuing to investigate.
