Sir: I just read your article on Chatham-Kent police officer Jason Williams about him helping the couple that ran out of gas on Jan. 16. Jason is a friend of mine, so his actions didn’t surprise me at all.
Just an interesting side note … not sure if you or the couple involved was aware, but the day that happened was actually Officer Jay’s birthday.
