A group of downtown Chatham merchants are selling souvenir ornaments to help support the Foundation of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance’s annual Christmas Wish Tree Appeal.
It’s the 24th year of the appeal, and Barrypatch Collectibles, Gray’s China Hall, The Loft – Fashion and Mastectomy Boutique, Shakti Yoga, and the Historic Downtown Chatham BIA Office have the ornaments. As well, the Wallaceburg Denture Clinic and the Canadian Hearing Institute has them for sale.
The ornament is an acrylic snowflake and sells for $10 each. All proceeds go towards the purchase of new fetal monitors for the alliance’s women’s and children’s health department in Chatham and a portable ventilator for the Sydenham emergency room.
