I was dismayed to see RBC using foreign workers to take Canadian jobs, but the problem is much deeper.
However, we must remember that a healthy portion of these jobs done by temporary foreign workers comes in our fields and in our greenhouses — migrant farm work. Most Canadians, even those looking for work, stay away from those jobs as they involve too much hard work for a nation that’s largely grown soft.
Still, there are corporations shuffling jobs to non-Canadians, all in the name of saving a few bucks.
