From start to finish this was a great experience. Consultants Dave and Deb were excellent in going over all the steps and helping us pick out the style and colour. The installers were courteous and hard working. We are very pleased with the roofs. Would also like to mention the truck driver dropped the skid so I was able to get both cars out of the double garage.

The team was very professional in terms of being punctual, respectful, responsive and very organize with their job. The quality of finished work was very excellent. They always clean their workplace at the end of every work day. The foreman (Arthur) was so excellent to work with, same as with their supervisor (Kevin). Our roof was installed just before Christmas 2018 and so we didn't really see the full picture until the snow melted. We are very pleased with the overall appearance, the quality of the product and the quality of the work. This spring we did have a concern about a small item and the company had a man visit us the next morning to resolve the issue. Very impressive customer care.

This past July London Eco-Metal installed a steel roof for us. We are very happy with the results. From the quote to the installation we found them to be very polite and professional. Installation began on the day they said it would and was completed in 3 days despite afternoon rains 2 of the 3 days. They went above and beyond as other issues were repaired with no additional cost. Very pleased with the entire experience.
 
 

Did a great job in installing my metal roof. The Installation Team was very professional and worked hard to finish on time. Marek Drapala, Roofing Consultant (ie Business Development) did a great job on following up on their progress and making sure the high standards from London Eco-Metal were being met or exceeded. Jennifer and I are very pleased with the installation of our new metal roof. We have received several positive comments on its curb appeal. Two weeks after the installation we experienced the Derocher winds of 70 mph with very heavy rain passing through Nepean with no damage. We were very thankful since, we have suffered wind damage in the past with only 80 to 90 kph gusts. I would highly recommend this type of metal roof installation to home owners. If you want peace of mind install this roof.

Great company! Great service! Excellent job! The salesperson Gary was very nice, friendly and explained everything in great detail. The team of installers were polite, friendly, professional, on time, hard workers and finished the job in two days. First day for the strapping and the second day for the metal. We are very happy with our choice of material and color!
