Check out books and add to our community LEGO tower! Receive a ballot for every book checked out to win a LEGO set. Draw will be held on April 1st. The Thames River Revue is a lively variety show coming to downtown Chatham It will be at Turns & Tales, the boardgame cafe and bookstore, 213 King St W, from 7pm to 8:30pm. The Revue will feature stories, a short audience participation play called “Tecumseh In Chatham,” a Loud Whistling competition with prizes, a quiz about Chatham-Kent, and much more. CKPL has partnered with Linck: Child, Youth and Family Supports to create over 20 new storykits and to refresh existing storykits. Storykits are themed totes that contain a variety of books, puzzles, games and toys that promote literacy through play. Themes include social-emotional learning, animals, transportation, medical visits, and community. This is an all-ages event.
