’Burg woman wins $50K

Wendy Miller of Wallaceburg is celebrating after winning $50,000 in the April 28 Lotto 6/49 draw.

The Lotto 6/49 Super Draw offered 50 Guaranteed Prize Draws of $50,000 in addition to the main jackpot and the Guaranteed $1 Million Prize Draw.

The winning ticket was purchased at Taylor’s Convenience Store on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg.

Since its launch in June 1982, Ontario Lotto 6/49 players have won more than $12.2 billion, including 1,354 jackpot wins and 233 Guaranteed $1 Million Prize draws.
