Need help with your job search? The Chatham-Kent Public Library has a new set of resource materials thanks to a $1,000 donation from the Employment Resource Centre in Chatham.

Over 30 different job-searching aids – books and e-books – have been purchased to help people with job-search information such as creating a resume or cover letter, interview tips, and how to use social networking sites to find the right job.

Several copies of the books are spread out across Chatham-Kent library branches and give a boost to the resources already available at the employment centre. People in non-urban areas can make use of the materials at branches at hours that are more accessible such as evenings or weekends.

To access the materials, visit the online catalogue at www.chatham-kent.ca/ckat to place a hold or access the e-books.
